Hollywood Phishin’

The last weekend in April me and buddy went Phishin’ in Hollyweird. We had tickets for the Friday and Saturday shows but left Sunday up for grabs…we’d either go the Dodgers game, a bucket list ballpark, or go to the Night 3 of the run. We chose to never miss a Sunday show.

There’s nothing I can say about the Hollywood Bowl that hasn’t been said a million times over but I will say that I now know why those praises have been said a million times over. Laughs, Canter’s Deli twice, the ocean air in Venice, the Comedy Store, joints on the beach, the Hollywood vibes, late nights that I can’t remember and had to be recanted to me the next morning, and a lot of good music over the course of three days from my favorite band in an iconic music venue made for a trip that I’ll be long to forget…unlike the out until 4:00 am Saturday night we put down.

Here’s some film shots on Kodak Portra 800 on my trusty point and shoot Chinon 3001.
