I am the Flag of the United States of America
We are the greatest country on this blue orb. We are a country of equal opportunity. Not equal outcome, but equal opportunity. We invented the dream that everyone seems to strive for. Our flag represents what brought this world into modernity. Our flag represents so much good for the entirety of the world. Can we be better at being better, sure, but warts and all we’re pretty damn kick ass and we make a damn good burger too. We make damn good music. We make damn good people. Celebrate all that America has meant for the world and given you, yes you. Given you all the things that make you smile. All the things that make you laugh. All the people that you love to hug. Celebrate with fireworks and hotdogs. 250 years proud.
I’ve traveled around a lot of places with my camera over the years and the flag flies everywhere. Here’s some flags I’ve seen in windows, out in the backroads, and in the fields in my travels.
